    2 bananas
    1 medium apple
    1 cup mixed berries (I used blue, black and raspberries)
    1/4 cup honey
    2 eggs
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda


Mash bananas.
Core, peel and cut up apples into small pieces.
Add rest of wet ingredients. Mix. Add dry indgregients.
Mix well to combine.
Grease a loaf pan and pour mixture in.
Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. Or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes one loaf and has left over mixture I made into 5 muffins.
