Ingredients

    1 gluten-free pizza crust (tracked is Hodgson Mills gluten free pizza crust kit, divided into 3-4 crusts)
    3 oz mozzarella
    1/4 cup basil pesto
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
    2-3 medium tomatoes, thickly sliced

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425.

2. Spread pesto thinly on crust. Layer on basil and tomato slices, then sprinkle on cheese.

3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 1 small pizza cut into 4 quarters
