Introduction

A little change up to your typical Chuck Roast! A little change up to your typical Chuck Roast!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2-3 lbs of chick roast
    .25 cups Bragg's Liquid Aminos
    1/2 cup Stubb's BBQ Sauce (any flavor works)
    1/8 tsp ginger
    1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    4 scallions - chopped

    2 green peppers - chopped
    2 red peppers - chopped
    1 med-large white onion - chopped

Tips

Goes great with couscous!


Directions

Slow Cooker:
Throw all ingredients in including peppers, scallions and onions in set on low or high depending on your time!

or

Preheat oven to 300 set timer for 5 hours put all in a except peppers and white onion. Put the onions & peppers in when 2 hours left.
