    333 grams prairie gold flour
    1 cup water
    7 grams dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    2 T. extra virgin olive oil
    2 T. raw sugar


Combine ingredients in large bowl but only stir in enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead till smooth and elastic. Place in large greased bowl, let rise till doubled. Punch down and let rise again 30 minutes. Punch down and form into loaf. Let rise till 1" above top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees 24 minutes.
