Number of Servings: 5

    10 Barilla Manicotti Shells
2 jars prego pasta sauce (calculated for traditional)
15 oz. Part Skim Ricotta cheese
2 cups Kroger Casserole Cheese Finely Shredded
    15 Hormel Pepperoni

To reduce calorie content try with no pepperoni, low fat cheese, and reduced calorie pasta sauce.

Add noodles to boiling salted water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until softened, do not overcook or they will be impossible to stuff. Drain and let cool slightly. Mix ricotta cheese with 1.75 cups of shredded cheese and stuff in shells, there is not enough to pack the shells tightly with cheese mix so stuff them lightly. When the cheese melts it will fill the shell. Pour one jar of Prego in bottom of 9 x 13 glass dish add shells on top. Top with 2nd jar of sauce to cover shells. Add remaining cheese and pepperonis on top. Bake @ 375 for 45 minutes loosely covered with foil, remove foil and cook until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings of 2 stuffed noodles with sauce
