Easy slow cooker meal. Lots of flavour. Easy slow cooker meal. Lots of flavour.
Number of Servings: 6


    1/2 bag of meatballs or as many as you like for your family size
    1/2 green pepper chopped
    1/2 vidalia onion chopped
    10 baby carrots halved
    1 can pineapple tidbits with liquid
    1 cup chicken or beef broth
    1 cup fresh tomato puree - seeds and skin removed
    1 glove garlic
    2 tbsp barbecue sauce
    2 cups white rice


Combine all ingredients except rice in slow cooker. Cook on low for at least 2 hours. Then add rice for last hour of cooking.
