Introduction

I make my meatballs just like I make my meatloaf. It's a recipe we found we liked, so we just use it for everything! I make my meatballs just like I make my meatloaf. It's a recipe we found we liked, so we just use it for everything!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/3 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1 egg
    3/4 cup wheat germ
    2 tsp steak seasoning
    2 TBSP worchestershire sauce
    1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

Mix meat, egg and onion soup mix together. In a separate bowl add milk, ketchup, worchestershire sauce and steak seasoning. Add to meat mixture. Mix well.

Roll into 48 1/2 ounce meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.

4 meatballs per serving
