Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Green Giant Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 1 cup (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, cooked, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Beef stock, home-prepared, 3 cup (remove)

    Other vegetables that you desire. You may also add chicken or beef to make a more hearty soup.

Tips

May add any vegetables you wish -- I made this to be "kidney-friendly" (low phosphorous and low potassium)


Directions

Place all ingredients in pressure cooker and cook for 6 minutes.
