    12 ounces of cooked chicken breast (chopped up)
    1 can 98% fat free Campbell's cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup Kraft Free shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup cooked chopped broccoli
    2 packages (16 rolls) Pillsbury Reduced-Fat Crescent Rolls
    1/4 cup of water


Cooked chicken breast and chop into small pieces or put in food priocessor and shred. In bowl combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, broccoli, water, and cheese and mix together. Roll out crescents onto a baking sheet and spoon mixture into the center of the crescents and fold corners in to form a pocket. Bake according to instructions on the can of rolls or until rolls are golden brown.

  • Maybe using cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken would help, but the taste was overpowering and the aftertaste was worse. - 2/9/08
