Introduction

Same as original recipe, minus linguine and olive oil. I like to put this over some instant brown rice or eat it by itself. Same as original recipe, minus linguine and olive oil. I like to put this over some instant brown rice or eat it by itself.

Ingredients

    1 can white beans
    1 cans Hunt's diced tomatoes
    1 bunch of fresh spinach
    2 cloves of garlic

Directions

Crush cloves and saute in pan. Add drained white beans and undrained tomatoes. Simmer. Then, add fresh spinach to top and cover with lid. It's done when the spinach cooks down.

Serving Size: Approximately 6 1-cup servings
