Ingredients

    500 grams of pork shoulder, thinly sliced
    half savoy cabbage, sliced with hard centres removed
    1 tbsp ginger strips
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    150 ml chicken broth
    1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
    1/2 tsp sugar
    2 tsp soy sauce

    PORK SEASONING:
    2 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/2 tsp olive oil

Directions

1. Combine pork slices with pork seasoning and mix well. Set aside and marinade for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Heat pan, add oil, salt and ginger.
3. Add prok and stir fry for 5 minutes or until nearly done.
4. Add stock and bring to a boil.
5. Add cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Continue cooking until liquid is reduced to about half, stirring constantly.
7. Add the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Continue to simmer until thick.
Serve with rice.
