Ingredients

    1 qt Heavy Cream
    1/4 c unsalted butter
    1 1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 T Garlic Salt
    1/4 T Onion powder
    1 T Italian Seasoning
    1 c Broccoli
    1 c Cauliflower
    1 c shredded carrots
    2 c Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
    1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    12 Lasagna Noodles

Directions

Make first 5 ingredients into sauce combine 1/2 c with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, 1 c mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. Spread 1/4 c into each noodle; roll up.

Pour 1/2 c of remaining sauce into 13x9 baking dish, Top with roll up with seams down. Cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.

Bake 25 minutes at 375 F or until heated through.
