Ingredients

    Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    1 Tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 cup milk

Directions

Stir together mix and sugar. Add egg and milk. Let batter rest 4 minutes. Spoon into greased muffin papers. Bake at 400 degrees 18 minutes. Yields 6.
