Introduction

Ingredients

    6 large chicken breast
    1 and a half cups Italian style bread crumbs
    5 tbs olive oil
    2 cans Garlic and Herb Pasta sauce
    one box thin whole grain spaghetti noodles
    5 tbs minced Garlic
    1 cup of Parmesan
    1 cup fat-free or low fat mozzarella cheese (optional)

Directions

Clean chicken breast, with a meat tenderizer lightly pound out the chicken till they are evenly flat, lightly role in olive oil , cover in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, place on a cookie sheet and bake on 375 for 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of the chicken breast.
warm sauce in a sauce pan add in some Parmesan cheese let simmer for 20 minutes, in a separate large boiling pan cook noodles for 8-10 minutes.

place 3/4 cup noodles on a serving dish, add a little sauce, place cooed chicken over the noodles, cover chicken with sauce and a little 9fat free mozzarella cheese optional) and slightly warm till cheese is melted (be careful plate will be hot)

Serving Size: makes 10 4-6 oz pieces over 3/4 cup of noodles
