Introduction

This pasta is quick, easy, and delicious!!! This pasta is quick, easy, and delicious!!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium yellow onion, diced
    2-3 carrots, diced
    .5 C pine nuts
    .5 C sun dried tomatoes, chopped
    1 large (or 2 regular) can of Diced tomatoes

    Whole Wheat Pasta (or brown rice pasta)

Directions

Saute onion and garlic. Add carrots and saute a couple minutes. Add Pine nuts and chopped sun dried tomatoes, and allow to cook for a couple minutes. Add canned tomatoes, and spice with oregano or whatever you wish. Simmer.

Cook spaghetti and enjoy!
