    1 med apple - your choice
    2 stalks celery - the fresher/crisper the better
    1/2 cup pecans - chopped but not too small
    1/3 cup raisins


If you're going to prepare ahead, you may want to put some lemon juice on to keep the apple from getting brown


Just cut into bite size pieces and mix - no cooking required
