    La Palma Green Chile Enchilada Sauce, 1 can
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    Grand biscuits, reduced fat, 1 can, 8 biscuits


Serve with sour cream and salsa.


Cook ground beef until almost completely cooked.

Stir in enchilada sauce and half a can of water. Bring to boil.

Open biscuits and cut each into 8 pieces.

Toss biscuits with beef and enchilada sauce.

Pour mixture into a 9 X 13 pan that has been greased.

Top with cheese and cover the pan with foil.

Cook at 350 degrees for 25 then uncover for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.

Cut into 8 squares.
