Ingredients

    *Beef - Extra Lean Stew Pieces, 48 oz
    *Leeks, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 3 leek
    *Carrot - raw, chopped, 4 cup
    *Potato, raw, 5 medium
    *Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium
    *1 can Diced Tomatoes
    *kroger clear chicken broth,low sodium, 8 cup
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Flour, white, .18 cup
    Salt, Pepper and Trade East vegetables seasoning to taste.

Directions

toss bef in 3T seasoned flour. lightly coat skillet with olive oil and brown meat. add to bottom of slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and add broth. cook on low for 10-14 hours.
