    2 large carrots, chopped
    1 leek, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 parsnips, chopped
    1 lb baby potatoes
    325 g leftover lamb leg roast
    6 c lamb stock

    Put it all in the crock pot with seasonings to your taste and let it get happy!
