Ingredients

    1 cup Vanilla Soy Milk
    4 tsp or 1 TBSP unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 TBSP Ground Cinnamon

    1/2 Cup dried Old fashioned Quaker oats-plain

    3/4 Cup Frozen unsweetened Blueberries

Directions

Bring Soy milk, brown sugar, and Cinnamon to a boil. Add oatmeal and cook for 4 minutes. Add Blueberries and cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat and serve.

    Very Good
    Big hit with the hubby. Used skim milk and Splenda blend brown sugar, but cut back to 1 tbsp. Will cut back on skim milk next time as the oatmeal was not thick enough. - 2/14/11

    This is soooooo GOOD!!! I used skim milk instead of the soy and it turned really good!!! I am not a big of oatmeal unless i put in tuns of syrup, brown sugar, chocolate chips, etc. but this is really good!!! - 7/7/08

    Incredible!
    I added blueberries and cinn to taste (didn't measure but used less 1 Tbsp Cin for sure) . Definitely will do again, and it's an easy recipe to spice to your own taste. After telling me he wouldn't like it because it used soy milk, my dad asked for the recipe. :) What are you waiting for?! - 1/16/08
