Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 can of v8
    1 c. green beans
    3/4 c frozen or fresh okra
    3/4 c frozen or fresh corn kernels
    3/4 c. frozen young peas
    1 c frozen or fresh carrots
    1 - 2 smal potatoes cubed
    1/2 medium onion
    salt
    pepper

Tips

Great leftovers for lunch!


Directions

Brown ground beef and drain off all fat. Add V8 and the remaining ingredients. s/P to taste. If desire more flavor mix in 1 pack of Lipton's onion soup mix ( not in nutrition) OR beef bullion cube or 2. Sometimes I toss in a little hot sauce.
