    Romano Cheese, shredded 1/3 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup
    Parsley, minced 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Butter, unsalted, 1/2 stick
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone or not/ no skin


Melt butter and add garlic
In a large ziploc bag: bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley,salt and pepper -shake to mix
dip chicken into butter and garlic and shake two at a time in bag to coat
Spray oblong pan with non stick spray
Place chicken inside
Drizzle with left over butter
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or so.
