Ingredients

    ground beef - 1 lb
    egg - 1
    milk - 1/4 cup
    brown rice - 1 cup
    tomato sauce - 8 oz
    spaghetti sauce - 1 serving

Directions

In a bowl mix ground beef, egg, milk, and rice. Shape into balls and place on an oiled pan. In a seperate bowl mix tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce. Pour this sauce over meatballs in pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 400*F.
