    1 lb elk meat
    1 cup wild rice blend
    1 medium yellow squash,diced
    6 ounces diced onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp chopped garlic
    1 tbsp Oregano
    1 head savoy cabbage
    1 tbsp Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids


Saute diced onion in olive oil till limp, add elk, garlic, oregano and squash. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Add Bragg's. In boiling water, add cabbage leaves and boil until soft. Add meat mixture into cabbage leave and roll. Place in a light greased baking dish. Cook for 30 minutes covered.
