Ingredients

    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)(remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup(remove)
    Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), 2 cup(remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 2 serving(remove)
    Ground beef, extra lean, 13 oz(remove)
    *1 med yellow onion, 1 serving(remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels(remove)
    Peas, frozen, 1.5 cup(remove)
    Beans, black, 1 cup(remove)

Tips

Serve with sour cream and torila chips for something different.


Directions

Fry ground beef and rinse
rinse can of black beans
chop onion up finley
puree all peppers
add all ingridients to pot add 4 cups of water
use seasons to taste, I use (Taco seasoing, Ms Dash, cayenne pepper, black pepper)
