Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey (93/7)
    1 lrg egg
    oregano
    parsley
    garlic
    fresh ground black pepper
    gr. sage

Tips

Press balls flat between 2 pieces of wax or parchment paper to get a smooth surface on each side and keep your hands cleaner.

Freeze cooked patties with parchment paper between for easier separation; freeze in pairs for easy serving size.

If you have more time in the morning (or less time all at once), freeze the uncooked patties, then cook the morning you eat them.


Directions

Mix together turkey and egg. Add in spices to taste. Form into 14-16 equal-sized balls; press flat. Cook in frying pan with a little OIL (not included in nutritional info).
