Delicious meatless chili! Delicious meatless chili!
Number of Servings: 8


    saute bell peppers and onions in 1 teaspoon olive oil
    add 2 - 15.5 oz cans of pinto beans (prefer with chili peppers, onions, garlic & tomato sauce by S&W)
    add 1 - 15.25 oz can of kidney beans
    add 1 - 14.5 oz can of diced tomotoes

    1 teaspoon cumin
    2 heaping teaspoons chili powder
    .5 teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Bring above to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
