    9 Barilla oven ready lasagan noodles
    1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
    1 jar Kroger 6 cheese spaghetti sauce
    1 jar Kroger roasted red pepper and garlic spaghetti sauce
    1 cup low fat ricotta cheese
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1\4 cup egg beaters
    1 cup Italian blend shredded cheese


Brown turkey. Mix turkey and spaghetti sauces. In separate bowl mix ricotta, cottage cheese, and italian blend cheese with egg beaters. In 6 qt crock pot cover bottom with a layer of meat mixture. Place 3 noodles side by side on top. Cover noodles with cheese mixture, then meat sauce. Repeat two more times ending with sauce on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cook on low setting for 4 hours.
