Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 1 pound
    Onions, raw, 1/2 large
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Pinto Beans, 1 can
    Kuner's Southwestern Black Beans, 1 can
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 can
    Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce, 1 can
    Green Chile Peppers, Diced Canned, 3 oz or to taste

Directions

Chop half a large onion. Saute the onions in the olive oil, and add the ground beef. Once the meat has browned, add all other ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
