    1 lb. Lean ground beef, browned/crumbled
    (season meat as it cooks with chili powder, cumin, etc. OR taco seasoning)
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1/2 c salsa
    1/2 onion (saute with meat, if desired)
    1 c reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    10 8" flour tortillas
    1 T Canola oil


Optional toppings include shredded lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream to personalize it! YUM!


Combine seasoned, browned meat, refried beans, salsa, onions, and cheese in bowl.
Add 1/2 c mix per tortilla and fold up burrito style, and place seam side down in baking dish. Brush lightly with oil and bake for 20 minutes at 425.

Serving Size: makes 10 chimichangas
