    1-1/2 # extra lean ground beef
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 T. ketchup
    2 t. yellow mustard
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. water


Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Saute onion and celery until translucent. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly. Drain off fat and return ground beef to pan. Add remaining ingredients and saute an additional 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 BBQ
