    1 lb of turkey diced
    1 16 oz bag of frozen cauliflower
    1 cup of shredded carrots
    8 cloves of garlic
    1 medium onion diced
    2 cups of brown rice, cooked
    1.5 tsp of celery salt
    1 15 oz jar of Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1 Tbsp parsley


In a large skillet, cook cauliflower in 1.5 cups of boiling water till almost tender. Stir in garlic, onion and carrots. Heat it all, adding a little more water if necessary. Add turkey, rice, alfredo sauce, milk and seasonings and heat thoroughly.
