    1/2 cup Newman's Own Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
    1/2 cup almond oil)
    1 Tbsp. Flaxseed oil, 1 tbsp
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw - room temperature
    1 Tbsp. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 Tbsp. organic lemon lime,
    2 tsp. Organic Dijon Mustard
    1/4 tsp or less Sea Salt (fine)


Have all ingredients at room temperature - especially egg.


Place all ingredients in tall narrow container for immersion blender in this order: egg, juice & vinegar, seasonings, oils. Allow to "settle" so oil rises. Use immersion blender to emulsify until thick and creamy. Yummy :)

Serving Size: About 22 Tbsp. 1 Tbsp per 'serving'
