    1/2 c canned pumpkin
    1 large egg
    3/4 c flour
    1 and 1/2 c rolled oats
    1/8 c Splenda brown sugar baking blend
    1/4 t baking powder
    1 t cinnamon
    1/4 t nutmeg
    1/4 t cloves
    1/2 c mini chocolate chips


I haven't tried making these, added recipe to get nutritional counts. Will adjust serving size, ingredients once I try them.


Preheat oven to 350.

Use parchment lined or silicon baking sheets.

Cream pumpkin, egg, Splenda brown sugar and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients except chips.

Add dry ingredients slowly and mix til combined (by hand or electric-- batter will be thick.

Fold in chips.

Bake for 12-14 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 24 servings
