    1/2 cup salted Butter
    1 cup All-Purpose Flour
    1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
    2 T. Granulated Sugar for topping the cookies


Put soft butter in a mixing bowl add the sugar, flour and salt. Mix with a fork until well mixed. Press into a 9" round pan and top with the 2 T. sugar. Bake at 325 Degrees F. until done about 20 to 25. Cut into eight pieces

Serving Size: makes 8 pieces from a 9" round pan
