Tips

Nutritional info is for CRUST ONLY.
To lower the sodium & fat in this recipe, leave the crust rim plain. It'll still be delicious!

Directions

Combine yeast, warm water, olive oil and honey. Stir and let proof for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic powder, basil and salt. Add flour in 1/4 cup increments until crumbly dough begins to form. Add remaining flour and knead for five minutes. Once dough is smooth and soft, place it in a large bowl and lightly coat with olive oil. Cover bowl and allow dough to rise in a warm place for 60-80 minutes.

After dough has risen, preheat oven to 375. Punch down the dough and shape into pizza. (Makes one large pizza - either circular or rectangular.) Melt butter and brush onto crust rim. Sprinkle garlic salt and parmesan cheese onto crust rim. Add sauce and toppings of choice then bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Crust will be golden brown and heavenly smelling.
