    Beans, great northern, 3 cup cooked
    Onions, raw, 3 medium
    Garlic, 5 clove or 1 ear elephant garlic
    Ground Turkey, 1 lb
    ortega green chilis, 1 can
    28oz can diced tomatoes
    Chicken bouillon, 4 cup
    Kale, 4 cup, chopped
    Oregano, fresh 2 tbsp
    Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chipolte powder 3 Tbls
    Red chili flakes to taste


Boil the beans
Clean the kale and chop finely
Chop onions into big pieces
Chop cilantro
When beans are done drain and set aside.
saute onions and garlic in olive oil lightly, then add the ground turkey and cook for another 5 minutes or so until turkey is done.
Add the tomatoes and broth, bring to a boil and add the kale, cilantro and chilis.. let simmer for 15- 20 minutes covered then add the beans and simmer another 10 minutes.
