    Nectarines, 10 fruit (2-1/2" dia) pitted and sliced
    Granulated Sugar, 3 cup
    Corn Starch, .25 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp

    pie crust
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Butter, salted, 4 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Water, tap, 2 fl oz


Make pie crust by cutting 4 tbls. into flour...ill it resembles crumbs...mix water and egg together well. Add egg mixture to flour/butter mix till ball forms...split into two balls. roll out and place in 12 Inch pie pans . Add filling top with other ball of pie crust. Cut slits in top and sprinkle top with sugar bake 425* for 55 minutes.

filling: In large bowl combine nectarines, sugar, corn starch and spices ...Mix well pour into prepared pie crust...crumble 1 tbls. butter over with pie crust if desired. cut slits in top crust sprinkle with sugar (if desired) and bake at 425* 55 minutes.

Serving Size: makes one 12 inch pie serves 10
