Introduction
My original recipe calls for regular flour, a tsp of salt and a TBL of sugar. But my husband needs to eat gluten free now so I tried this with rice flour instead and cut the salt in half. Egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable, 8 oz (remove)
*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Baking Soda, .50 tsp (remove)
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp (remove)
*Diamond Crystal Salt Sense Real Iodized Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
stevia -1/2 packet
Directions
place dry ingredients in a medium bowl
mix egg, milk and oil in a small bowl, add to dry and mix.
