Number of Servings: 12


    Croissant, 6-8 mini (approx 8 oz)
    1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
    Pears, canned light syrup (15 oz)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Semisweet chocolate, 3/4 cup
    (Raisins if desired: 1/2 cup)


Beat eggs, then blend in condensed milk, vanilla, canned pears with light syrup, cinnamon (ground cloves okay). Add semi sweet chips (raisins).

Break up 7-10 mini croissants and pour liquid mixture over bread. Gently stir til coated. Place in 9 x 5 lightly greased bread pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes (til edges med golden brown). Let cool on rack and refrigerate. After 6 hours cut into serving slices. Very delicious! One can substitute fruit cocktall, peaches or apricots.
