Ingredients

    2 cups of Gluten Free Rice flour blend (can use coconut flour)
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 Tbs cinnamon
    1 cup raisins (or dates)
    3 ripe bananas
    3 eggs
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1.5 cups of carrots (shredded)
    2 Tbs of agave (light)

Directions

Cook on 350 for 25 minutes.
