    1.5 c. reduced fat sour cream
    2 t. honey
    1.5 t. salt
    1 t. oregano leaves
    1 t. basil
    1 t. garlic powder
    1 t. onion powder
    1 t. black pepper
    2 t. smoked paprika


Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
