Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 pkg. low sodium taco seasoning
    1 cup low sodium chicken broth
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 cup colby jack cheese shredded

Tips

Calorie and nutrition does not include rice and beans.


Directions

Brown turkey, add taco seasoning and water as directed on pkg. Warm tortilla shells in microwave for 20-25 seconds. Place 2 tbsp of turkey on each shell and add 1 tbsp. cheese. Roll up and lay seam side down in baking pan. Pour chicken broth over tortillas and bake for 20 min on 350. Remove and add any remaining cheese on top and let melt. Serve with spanish rice and fat free refried beans.
