Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 C of low Fat PLAIN yogurt such as Nature Valley
    1 C skim milk
    1 C of frozen strawberries
    1 Frozen banana
    2 T of natural peanut butter
    4 t of splenda
    1 t vanilla extract

Directions

Take all the ingredients and blend them in the blender for 30 seconds or until everything is fully blended. If you are using fresh fruit instead of freezing your fruit, I would suggest you add about a half a cup of ice or as much as you would like to your smoothie. This make 2 8oz servings.....ENJOY!
