160 ml apple juice (2/3 cup)
140 g low-fat natural yogurt (1/2 cup)
1 medium fresh apple, peeled, finely chopped
2 tsp. sunflower seeds
80 g fresh blueberries (1/2 cup)
Directions
Place the oats, juice and yogurt in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
