Ingredients

    1 medium spaghetti squash
    1 medium zucchini squash
    1 medium yellow squash
    1 jar any kind of marina sauce
    1 lb ground chicken breast (or turkey)
    1 package shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Cook one medium spaghetti squash and scoop out strands
2. While squash is cooking, brown 1lb of ground chicken
3. Cut up zucchini and yellow squash into thin quarters
4. Layer spaghetti squash, chicken, zucchini and yellow squash and cheese. Makes 2 layers of each
5. Place into the oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. When done, broil to brown the top
