Ingredients

    1 teaspoon of olive oil
    2 large leeks while and pale green only halved sliced thinkly
    2 large garlic cloves thinly sliced
    1.5 cups canned unsalted chicken broth
    .5 cup drained canned ready cut tomatoes
    .5 cup clam juice
    .33 dry white wine
    Pinch of cayenne pepper
    6 small clams scrubbed
    6 ounces lg uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
    6 ounces bay scallops
    Snipped fresh chives

Directions

Heat oil in heavy skillet over low heat
Add leeks and garlic
Cook until leeks are tender and turning golden - 25 mins
Increase heat
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, clam juice, wine and cayenne
Boil 2 minutes
Place clams in center of skillet
Top with shrimp - then scallops
Season
Cover and boil until clams open and prawns and scallops are finished ABOUT 4 minutes
