Introduction

I am using tuna here. But having a salted cod is the best option I am using tuna here. But having a salted cod is the best option
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Tuna Fish in sunflower oil 1 small tin
    Ackee 1 tin (water drained)
    2 tbsp Red Peppers finely sliced
    2 tbspn Green Pepper Finely Sliced
    1 onino Finely chopped
    1 spring onion finely chopped
    1 tsp thyme
    1-2 red chilies
    2 tbsp tomatoes chopped
    1 tsp black pepper crushed

Tips

Serve on a bed of white rice or its good on its own


Directions

Heat the oil from the tuna tin in a pan
Saute the onions until translucent
add chilies and the peppers
saute, then add spring onion
then tomatoes and and the fish
mix everything well
Finally add the ackee and give a stir. If stirred more you will break the ackee. Sprinkle the pepper powder. Cover and let it settle.
Serve hot.
