Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can black beans
    1 can light red kidney beans
    1 can cannellini beans
    1 can diced tomatoe - no salt added
    1 can tomato sauce - no salt added
    2 tbs mccormick dark chilli powder
    1/4 onion
    1 green bell pepper
    3/4 lb ground beef

Tips

Cooked ground beef and all ingredients can also be cooked in a crock pot.


Directions

Sautee the onion and greenpepper until soft. Brown and add ground beef and chilli powder. Add tomato, beans, stir and let simmer.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings of 1 to 1&1/2 cups.
