Pretty good rough estimate on calories if I do say so. Enjoy. Also good with American cheese melted into sauce instead of sour cream but way more sodium and calories.


Fry up turkey, onions mushrooms and a little garlic. Add 3 jars of beef or mushroom gravy. Let it simmer while you make the egg noodles. Add the sour cream to the gravy mixture and when the pasta is done mix everything together.

Serving Size: Made 128 ounces total which I broke into 18 servings at 7 ounces(1 cup)
